Julia Cox lives in the UK with her husband Steve and two children. She began teaching English as an additional language ten years ago and has since taught ESOL in both the state and private sectors. In 2021 Julia became the principal of The Hangout – an online English language school.

Since The Hangout opened its virtual doors, it has engaged with English learners who want an alternative to face to face lessons.

Into the future… The Hangout continues to deliver high quality online English lessons to learners of all ages and abilities. Consequently students will develop their speaking and listening skills, reading and writing.
